Mike Pastor

Fitness Professional, Certified Personal Trainer.


With over ten years of experience in the fitness industry Mike has a wide variety of skill sets that allow him to provide clients with highly effective and Inovative training techniques. Mike's own personal journey is one of inspiration and accomplishment. After suffering a near fatal car accident he has continued to overcome limitations from the injuries he acquired. Always up for a challenge, Mike has competed in various sports including Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Hapkido,Wrestling, Baseball, Football, Tae Kwon Do, BMX racing and the occasional 5k. 

Mikes' highly motivational and effective training style can help you acheive your personal fitness goals. Wether you're looking to improve your health or sports performance, or shed some unwanted pounds Mike can give you the guidance and training you need.

EZEQUIEL (EZIE) COTLER –

Ezie is a highly trained and experienced fitness professional.

He is a Certified Personal Trainer, and he holds a Gyrotonic Apprentice Certificate from the Gyrotonic headquarters in Miami.

Ezie has trained with various high school and College sports teams, several professional trainers to include Mike Pastor, Buzz Mingin, and Rolin San Juan, and the U.S. Army.  Ezie has been captain of 4 sports teams, one to include a 3 year tenure as tri-captain of a Gold Cup Collegiate rugby DIV II tournament squad.

He studied movement and dance as part of a performance major at Hobart College; he has studied fitness through movement at the Bodies in Motion Studio in Maplewood New Jersey for the last 4 years and has trained there for the last two.

Aside from his workout training, Ezie has gained experience from his time in sports and in the U.S. Army such as:

 Valuable medical training

A distinct understanding of the body – how it moves, how it reacts.

Contacts and colleagues in the fields of nutrition, education, holistic education, music, and medicine as well a large and much specified bank of accessible information in those fields.

 

Outside of the world of fitness, Ezie Cotler acts professionally.  He has formal boxing training form the U.S. Army, Close Quarters Combat/Self Defense training from the U.S. Army, Basic Judo throw instruction from Buzz Mingin, 4 years of wrestling training, and has worked as a bouncer.
